300 kW Warm Air Heater with Bottom Silo

Task Displays are leading suppliers to the retail & shop fitting industry with full in house facilities. Task Displays carry out shop fitting services across the UK and can undertake a retail re-fit for an individual shop unit or across a chain of stores including all the design development, project management, CNC, joinery, solid surfacing and acrylics, metalwork, electrical work and spraying.

In 2010 they contacted us after they heard about the Bio-Energy Capital Grant Scheme and wanted to dispose of their wood waste more efficiently and to take advantage of the grant scheme to assist with their costs.

Ranheat installed a 300kW Warm Air Heater with a 3.0m diameter, 28 m3 conical bottom silo. Further additions to the installation included a purpose made building, a transfer system from the filter to the silo cyclone and the heat output monitoring equipment.

A Carbon Trust Loan and Bio-Energy Capital Grant Scheme were granted to aid funding of the project.
